As a carpenter I learned that it’s important to have good tools as well as a relationship with them. This applies to the kitchen as well. I made this cutting board with the intention of being able to handle any task I put it up against. It’s a huge workspace for chopping vegetables, and the meat catcher helps with messy jobs.
